Due to the nature of digital products, which can be instantly downloaded after purchase, we do not offer a trial or grace period. Once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned any way. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the digital product is entirely unusable.
Refund Eligibility
If a purchased product is completely unusable, our team will take 2-7 days to investigate and resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, a refund will be issued.

Since digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all purchases made on KloudBucket are non-refundable. Any refund requests or disputes will be declined without further communication. Due to rising fraud attempts (where customers purchase a product and request a refund to get it for free), we only issue refunds under specific conditions.
