Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be instantly downloaded after purchase, we do not offer a trial or grace period. Once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned any way. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in cases where the digital product is entirely unusable.

Refund Eligibility

If a purchased product is completely unusable, our team will take 2-7 days to investigate and resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, a refund will be issued.

Please note: Refunds do not apply to any Premium Membership Packages.

Since digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all purchases made on KloudBucket are non-refundable. Any refund requests or disputes will be declined without further communication. However, we will consider a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the downloaded product is entirely unusable. Due to rising fraud attempts (where customers purchase a product and request a refund to get it for free), we only issue refunds under specific conditions.

Conditions for a Refund

We provide digital downloads that cannot be restricted after purchase. Therefore, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Before requesting a refund, customers must contact our support team, as we always strive to resolve issues first. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be granted.

A refund WILL be granted if:

  • The product is entirely unusable, and our support team is unable to assist.
  • You have contacted our support team and did not receive assistance as per our Support Policy.

A refund WILL NOT be granted if:

  • You did not contact our support team and requested a refund immediately after purchase.
  • You failed to provide adequate proof of the issue and refused to cooperate with our support team.
  • You mistakenly downloaded the wrong product or changed your mind.
  • You no longer require the product after downloading it, or you purchased the official version from the developer.
  • You lack the technical expertise to install or configure the product correctly.
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress version, plugins, server, or hosting environment.
  • The product did not meet your expectations. We recommend reviewing the product details and asking questions before purchasing.
  • The product prompts you for a license key or activation for automatic updates, but there are no additional license restrictions.
  • You damaged your site during installation or lost data.
  • Theme/Plugin is working, But Some Specific Feature Not Working
  • You forget to cancel your monthly/yearly membership subscription.
  • The 7-day refund period has passed.
