🛠️ How to Set It Up

Installation: Requires Bookly PRO. Install the Ratings add-on via the WordPress Plugins menu.

Create a Rating Page: Create a new WordPress page and insert the Bookly Ratings block or shortcode.

Configure URL: Go to Bookly > Settings > URL Settings and paste the link to your newly created rating page in the "Rating page URL" field.

Set Up Notifications: * Navigate to Bookly > Email Notifications.

Edit your "Follow-up" message (or create a new one).

Include the {staff_rating_url} placeholder in the message. This will generate the personalized link for each client.

Display Ratings: To show ratings to customers, go to Bookly > Appearance > Step by step form and toggle the option to "Show staff member rating."
