WP Job Manager – Products (often referred to as Products for WP Job Manager) is a specialized add-on—primarily developed by Astoundify—that bridges the gap between your job listings and WooCommerce.
While other add-ons (like WC Paid Listings) focus on charging employers to post a job, the Products add-on focuses on allowing the listing owner to sell products or services directly from the job or company page.
Attach Products to Listings: Allows you to link one or multiple WooCommerce products to a specific job listing. These products appear as a dedicated section or "tab" on the job detail page.
Support for All Product Types: You can attach simple, variable, or even digital/downloadable products (e.g., an employer selling a "Company Handbook" or a consultant selling an "Interview Prep Guide").
Promotion & Upselling: Ideal for directory sites where a business listing wants to offer coupons, special deals, or specific services (e.g., "Resume Review Service" or "Premium Support").
Buy Buttons on Listing Pages: Adds "Add to Cart" buttons directly onto the job listing, allowing for a seamless transition from viewing a job/company to making a purchase.
Role-Based Control: Admins can decide if only the admin can assign products or if listing owners (employers/vendors) can select their own products from the front-end submission form.
The Service Marketplace: If you run a niche job board for developers, an employer could attach a "Technical Consultation" product to their listing to offer paid audits to prospective hires or partners.
Upselling Recruiting Services: As a site owner, you can "attach" your own recruiting or headhunting services to premium job listings.
Directory Monetization: If you use WP Job Manager to run a business directory (like Yelp), businesses can sell gift cards or promotional vouchers directly from their "Job" (Company) page.
It is easy to confuse these two, but they serve completely different parts of the business model:

WP Job Manager (Free): The core framework.
WooCommerce (Free): Must be installed and configured with at least one active payment gateway.
WooCommerce Product Vendors (Optional): If you want your employers to be able to create their own products (rather than selecting from a list you created), you will likely need a multi-vendor plugin.
This plugin is a core component of the Listify and Jobify themes. If you are using those themes, the "Products" section is often styled to look like a beautiful grid or a "Deals" section, making it much more visually appealing than the default WooCommerce list.
Would you like me to show you how to set up the "Products Limitation" settings so employers can only see their own products when posting a job?
